By accessing or using GeneratePOD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Tokens & Payments

The Service uses a token-based system. Tokens are non-refundable and do not expire. Token prices and action costs may change with notice. Your current balance is always visible in the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of designs you upload. AI-generated designs are provided for your commercial use. The GeneratePOD name, logo, and platform are our property.

6. AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by AI are created algorithmically and may resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated designs does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
